Hutt Communications System
History
Gorda the Hutt was born deep in the swampish realms of Hutt space. Having quickly developed strange powers that the clan elders perceived as unnatural, the
young Hutt was sentence to an early death. Here it would have ended if it were not for a Bounty Hunter called Boba Fett. Fett rescued the creature and later
sold him to a small crime syndicate on Coruscant as a token mascot. An injection beforehand of an unknown chemical kept any mystic powers safely anonymous.
Growing up within the harsh Coruscant underworld was the best environment Gorda could have ever grown up in. The leaders of the minor crime syndicate were grossly unprepared and very soon taken over when both leaders mysteriously cut their own heads off in a freak shaving accident. Gorda the Hutt's new organization rather ruthlessly enveloped several others and following a major land and space battle with the then Coruscant government were forced to relocate to the Outer-rim territories.
Over time the organization has developed strong links with the Blue Star Pirates and Gorda resides at the location of Jabba's old Palace, although the structure is now more of a fortress with Shielding, Turbo Lazers and a squadron of sand coloured X-wings to name just a few of its unwelcome surprises.
The Hutt has just regained part of his force power back that he experienced during early infancy. It was discovered on a soul searching trip to Dagobah, that his powers were being surpressed by his then Deveronian Majordomo, Drak Kardue, by use of injection. Kardue fled before any punishment could be delt and is still at large with a rather large Bounty tied to him.
